Manufacture of ABRASIVE BELTS
Sleeves and Mini-belts
We manufacture small sanding belts from 6mm wide with cotton and polyester-cotton fabrics in ceramic, zirconium, aluminium oxide, silicon carbide and pyramidal type minerals.
Narrow belts
We manufacture abrasive belts with paper, cloth, film and surface conditioning support, up to 300mm wide.
Long narrow belts
We process long belts on paper, fabric, film and surface conditioning supports with increments up to 10,500mm.
Wide belts
We manufacture wide sanding belts on paper, fabric and surface conditioning supports up to 1,400mm wide with a single joint, and segmented up to 2,000mm wide with two joints.
Manufacturing of DISCS, SHEETS, ROLLS and ACCESSORIES
Discs
We can manufacture abrasive discs in more than 40 different formats in terms of diameter and number of holes. We have discs with Velcro fastening, discs with self-adhesive fastening, and discs without any type of anchorage, being able to die-cut up to a diameter of 650mm.
Sheets
We manufacture rectangular and triangular velcro sheets, on different supports and types of mineral. We currently have more than 38 different formats in terms of measurements and number of holes.
Rolls
We manufacture abrasive rolls in different widths and lengths on a wide variety of support types and mineral types.
Plate accessories
We die-cut all the necessary accessories to adapt and protect portable sanding machines' plates and bases.
